Julius Karl D. Fieve is a Development Practitioner, International Speaker and Project Management Expert with over 12 years’ experience in non-profit, private and public sectors specifically focusing on youth development, community building, global development, research, and project design and implementation.

He is a One Young World (OYW) Ambassador and Delegate Speaker at the 2018 OYW Summit in The Hague, Netherlands and addressed over 1800 delegates from 193 countries. He was voted and declared by Sir John Major, the former Prime Minister of the UK at the 2018 OYW Summit as one of the five winners of the 2018 inaugural One Young World Politician of the Year.

He currently serves voluntarily as the youngest elected Local Assembly Member in Ghana, Africa representing a population of over 7000 people of the Mafi Zongo Electoral Area of the Volta Region. His sustainable development works have impacted over 50000 youth, women, and deprived communities in Ghana.

He developed a sustainable youth-oriented empowerment program which has over 4000 youth mentored, empowered and supported in the areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, education and community building to address the SDGs.

Professionally, Julius serves as the Research Assistant of the China Europe International Business School, (CEIBS), Africa on the IESE Fuel Freedom Energy Project funded by the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona and the Fuel Freedom Foundation, US.

He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and a Member of Youth Without Borders, Ghana. He is also a Kectil Fellow and a US Government funded Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Fellow trained in Civil Leadership.

Julius is currently pursuing his Masters of Science Degree in Economics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST), Ghana. He is a BSc. Actuarial Science Graduate from the same University. He also holds Executive Certificate in Project Management from the African Centre for Capacity Building (AFCAB).
